90 Deg PEX to Shower Valve

I'm in the process of installing a new shower and am unsure of something. The last thing I want is a leak - or even to mess up a brand new shower valve. Can I twist (tighten) a 90 degree PEX fitting all the way around without getting myself into trouble? Please see the video:

your link is not formatted correctly to work.

If you mean can you twist the tubing on the fitting, generally, yes, but it might be safer to remove the crimp ring and install a new one after positioning.

It says I am not allowed to post links (have to copy and paste it), but it is easier for me to show on a video than try to explain, and I tried searching some terms but couldn't find anything. Basically, it doesn't feel tight enough when it is pointing up, but it won't make it all the way back around. I don't want to overtighten it, and at the same time I don't want leaks. Is there a sealant I should use instead of relying on the force of tightening it?

It's not the PEX fitting, it's on the female threaded side.

I was able to see your video. make sure you use the teflon tape and crank it around to where you need it

The threaded connection into the shower valve body is normally a tapered pipe thread. It requires either PTFE tape or pipe dope, or, if you're anxious, you can use both, to create the seal. You can almost always turn the fitting at least another turn and often more once it gets tight.

Thank you so much for your advice, I'll crank it around nice and tight.
