Letter in each corner of tile

I am going to install a porcelain tile named Concerto Flute and in each corner there is a letter. One corner there is the letter A, next corner B next corner C, and then D in the last corner. Does anybody know if there is some key on which way they are to be put down?

There are directional markings or arrows on most tiles. This allows them to be oriented the same while setting. Most tiles are ever so slightly rectangular rather than perfectly square, so lining them up in the same orientation results in more consistent grout lines. This is not a hard and fast rule though.
