Bad grout job - advice needed

Contractor is finishing up shower. I've been pleased with work ethic and attention to detail so far but I'm not too happy with his grouting.

I need other opinions. Am I too picky or should I mention this to the contractor? How could this even be fixed?

It’s reasonable to expect that the grout joints are uniformly shaped. The examples you’re showing us are not relatively uniform. With cementitious grout, it is fixed by removing the grout to 2/3rds the depth of the tile and grouted again. If the grout is relatively fresh (up to about a day), it’s relatively easy to remove. It gets much harder thereafter, so time is of the essence to fix if it’s relatively fresh.

It's a bit sloppy, and would have been very easily fixed at the time he was grouting.

If the pictures you've posted are indicative of the whole job, I would want it fixed.

Yes the whole job looks like that. It's not HORRIBLE but it's not like I was expecting. What should I reasonably expect as a resolution?

Product used was TEC power grout
