Replacing part of a saltillo floor

Because of a water leak part of my saltillo floor in the kirtchen and family room was removed to dry out the slab. The removed 6 x 4 section is in the kitchen. The saltillo section in the connecting family is in excellent shape. Is it possible to only replace part of a saltillo floor? The floor is about 20 years old and was stripped and refinished about 5 years ago. We like the look of saltillo and would prefer not to replace the whole floor.
Any advice is appreciated.

John~ I guess the operative question is: Do you have matching, replacement tiles or can you access them? If "yes," then you should be able to replace them and not look like a "patch" job. The grout is something else. It is, many times difficult to get a perfect grout match for tile put in years ago.
