Corner Bead to Hardibacker

Quick question, if I use a corner bead for the corner where the cbu meets the drywall how would it get fastened. I know I can nail/screw on the drywall side but what about the cbu side. Thanks

Short answer: Nail or screw on the CBU side, too.

Is this corner to be tiled?

What kind of corner bead do you plan to use?

Is this a wet or dry area?

My opinion; worth price charged.
