Is this efflorescence?

Hi, I live in Florida and I have a big open balcony. It has ceramic tile floor. Since it is wide open, it is expose to nature. Which means: rain, heat, humidity and moisture among others. I want to know if I have efflorescence and how to properly clean it and maintain it? Pictures attached

It’s appears that you do have efflorescence. The grout lines are where moisture is exiting from within the tile assembly. The first order of business is to understand where the moisture is entering into the tile assembly so that the cause of the moisture infiltration can be stopped. Are there any obvious entry points that you can see? Perhaps on the uphill side from those tiles is an open corner that allows water under the tile? Or perhaps you could give us a few more pics for us to make suggestions?
