Down to 27 at our house this morning. How y'all in the Midwest can stand it is beyond me.

Kathleen,
I'm happy to report that that is me riding that wave. I got lucky!

Cx...I mean Scrooge,
Water was about 60 that day. Air was 40. I was warmer in the water!

Nice to be home in eastern NC. Spent 5 days in the mountains of southwestern Va. freezing my ass off!

Musky, you're the crazy one. 27* seems hot?!?!

glad I got out of NJ when I did.

if the 24" of Snow before Christmas wasn't enough, it snowed 3-4" 2 days ago and the wind has picked up to 30-35mph with temps in the high 20's low 30's

Nice pic Dan.

We've probably got three, or four inches on the ground.

It was +28 here this morning, Musky. It has since dropped to 18 - still balmy compared to your neck of the woods.

Had more snow today and it's getting rather tiresome.

I love to look at it, but am getting tired of the shoveling and cleaning off the car to go to where I must go. Maybe I should get myself a horse drawn sleigh.

We may get more tonite but I think that enough is enough. I'm getting too old for this and I really do not wish to move to a warmer climate.

Mikey enjoys it. Oh well, maybe I’ll just go build me a snowman.

Hit about 25 this morning. My poor puppy dog does not like this weather. Supposed to be like this for a week.
