Those of us unused to small wet globules messing with our hair and kiffayahs would appreciate it if you all would refrain from exporting your rain.

Just south of Mike from LaConner. Snow...snow...and more snow.

Pretty and then it gets rained off the roads...then more arrives! Supposed to get 3" tonight.

Being an East Coast kid I feel all warm and fuzzy when it snows. Makes me want to light a fire in the fireplace and bake!

Sorry Jeremy but I completely forgot my sensitivities about your........shall we say, english orientation. No Sonnie, this Yardie from LaConner has not gone metric, but in the interests of maintaining the decorum of this Forum and international political correctness let me say :

LaConner, -7.777777778 degree Celsius with snow.

Just hang tight, Flatfloor. Here (50 mi. south of Chicago), we're expecting 4-8" of snow, preceded by rain, freezing rain, and sleet, with temps going from 61 yesterday to a high of 18 Tuesday. Best of all, for you I guess, it's all headed your way! Happy now?!

We experience your cold fronts too. Supposed to go from the seventies clear down into the high fifties by Monday.

Back to the seventies by Wednesday.

I'm about 25 miles north of Chicago. Our report is basically the same as Jay's, but 3-6" on the snow. I've heard these reports in the past, then nothing. I basically look out the window (wait & see), and have the snowblower ready just in case!

France was great, we cashed in the return ticket on the Concorde and took the Lusitania home.
