Laura Nyro
I've put up several wonderful female artists here over the years...and, unfortunately many of them died too young...but their music is iconic and will live on. One is Eva Cassidy, whom I saw at Blues Alley in Washington, DC.
Another is Laura Nyro. I saw her perform with piano on stage at Loyola University, many years ago. An absolute genius. This, from the album, "New York Tendaberry," Well worth looking up...... "You Don't Love Me When I cry"

Joni Mitchell
In the 60's I was a huge Joni Mitchell fan. Check out "Blue," probably my favorite album. Well, we all get old and she did too. Medical issues prevented her from playing the guitar...and that was sad. Not the same as I remember her...but do any of us?
She has recovered, but not the same. In 2022, she again took the stage and I applaud her tenacity.

Went to the video game museum in Frisco, Tx this last weekend, they had a coin arcade at the end of the museum and were playing 80's...was such a cool vibe throughout the place.
So I got on an 80's kick and have bought a couple albums, but I have to say the one that stuck out at the arcade was this tune.
