Thanks. The designer has planned tile coves. The Schluter profiles appear to be designed as transitions to allow movement which is consistent with what I have read here; my question refers to whether or not a tile cove, which is presumably not going to allow movement is a good idea or a bad idea??

The joint at which a wall and floor meet should technically be caulked whether its coved tile or not-to provide movement.
