- Your first name. We are friendly around here and would love to meet you before we actually help you
- What kind of marble? (if you don't know the name, a description of the color should help - also if it is polished, honed or tumbled)
- Where is the marble? (floor, wall, table)
- What kind of stain? (or if you are unsure what caused the stain, at least try to describe what it looks like)
- If you are unsure of above, a picture would be most helpful
