I also had new tile floors professionally cleaned (different thread). This included both shower floors. I was under the assumption I need to re apply a sealer to the shower floors. They are 2x2 ceramic over a sloped mud bed, center drain.

Not So?

If and when the pebble tiles are cleaned there is no need to seal the stone or the grout. If you read the info on Mapei's site you will see that about the FlexCQ.

Mike, have you tried any sealer and coating strippers or very high alkaline cleaners on this yet?
