Haven't used it, but here's what the Pro's say regarding 4XLT.

Have another question. I have some framing to to this weekend on the
bathroom and I was wondering would there be a problem laying down my 1/4" CBU first them framing on top of it.
I am only framing up the closet and two half walls

I sure wouldn't do that. You want your structure all nice and tied together and you want a gap between CBU and the walls for movement. I know cutting CBU to fit is a pain, but it's the right way.

Blue belt DIYer. Moderately proficient and occasionally useful.
