Sealing/Topcoating Saltillo Tile

I had Saltillo Tiles installed a week ago and I am trying to find a suitable sealer/topcoat I want an antique matte hand rubbed finish. The tiles are now a peachy color. The majority of the tile stores I called recommend a shiny finish. I am more interested in the matte finish. In the 80's a well known architecture, Haystown, used the Duraseal 500 and Duraseal wax on most of the tile jobs he designed. Several choices I am considering are Aquamix Sealer's Choice Gold or the Duraseal. Which product would give me more of the finish I am looking for? I do not want the glossy look. Will paste wax change the color of mil tiles any?

Could you give us some more details of your floor (as Hector suggested)?

Hillyard makes some great products, but I've only used the ones designed for wood floors.

I know paste wax gives that matte finish that your looking floor, but requires a little more maintenance. If your tiles are raw, with no sealer, depends if you use a colored paste wax, whether or not the color will change. We used to seal with linseed oil and paint thinner first, which always deepened the color. We used brown trewax for the hand rubbed antique finish.
