Anyone used Warmall brand heat wires?

I saw this heating cable on ebay for about a third the price of Suntouch and Nuheat cables. They are sold by a Canadian company and claimed to be approved for shower and C-UL-US Listed with a 25 years warranty. Digging farther on their website shows the makeup of their cable, but they didn't specified what the conductors are made of, leading me to question that omission.

For about 1/3 the price, I'm wondering if it's the case of 'you get what you pay for'. I have about 1100 sqft of floor to cover so this will be a significant savings if this cable is on par with the others.

Has anyone have any experience with them? Any pointers of what to look for in a floor heating cable?

It's my understanding that the heat cables that everyone sells all come from 2-3 companies. I could be wrong. It happened a couple of times in 2016.

So I tried to request the make up of the conductors on these wires but their CS keeps giving my the go around. They send me some technical info, which is the same as on their website that I saw at the beginning, which still didn't answer my question.

Should I bite the bullet and get them? Anything you see that tells you I should stay away?
