need a part for my Felker 150

Who can I talk to about getting a part for my Felker 150 wet saw? I sent an email to Construction Complete ( I bought the saw from them) and have not got a response.

Max.

What Dave says. Given this is Saturday you may not get a response until sometime on Monday.

If this is a warranty issue, I'll recommend calling Construction Complete (1-800 889-0661) Monday during normal business hours. They are in New Your, EST.

If not a warranty issue, call Felker, 1-800-365-4003, again on Monday during business hours. Felker's in Kansas, CST.

Better yet, have you considered calling Felker? It being a Felker saw and all.

Felker says I need to go through one of their distributors. I sent the email to CC almost a week ago.

Better give CC a call Monday am Max. Sounds to me like your email fell through the cracks. CC is generally very responsive to customer problems.

By the way, the advice you got from Felker is standard procedure. For warranty claims they want you to begin the resolution process with the original point of purchase. We have a gentleman from Boerne who posted above and he will intervene if necessary, guaranteed.

I see I simulposted with Mikey above.

But I don't see an answer to the question of whether we're talking about warranty work or just buying parts.

And please do let me know if you have problems with either.

It is not a warranty thing. I broke the plastic knob/bolt that that sets the blade hight and just want to order a new part.

Max,
Master Wholesale Inc carries an entire assortment of replacement and rebuild parts for FElkers, Targets, MK's, Carvers and even some Dewalt stuff too. IF you just want to purchase the part, I think I'd start there. They are open today until 6PM PST and answer their phones. Tell them "Hannah's daddy Shaughnnnn" sent you.
