How long to wait to seal Mapei Keracolor Unsanded

There aren't any instructions on the Mapei Keracolor Unsanded grout bag as to how long to wait before sealing. Or if there is, I sure couldn't see them. But thank goodness Al Gore invented the Internet so I could go to Mapei's site and find some additional instructions. It says "Grout may be sealed after 21 days or according to manufacturer of sealer being used." So the choice is up to me eh? So do I pick 21 days or 2 days, which I think is what the sealer I have says?

The sealer manufacturer wants you to wait seven days, Gregg. They'll tell you two or three because that's what some other manufacturer started saying, but they want you to wait seven.

My opinion; worth price charged.
