We are going to save about $1200 in heating oil this winter over last. It will go directly to increase premiums and copays for health insurance.

It's still dropping here, which is unheard of around the holidays. I saw diesel for $1.79, and $1.53 for unleaded.
I figured with all the traveling going on, I figured it would be up twenty cents or so through the weekend.

Like Kevin, I thought the same. They usually take advantage of everybody traveling around this time of year. At a local station a couple weeks ago, I actually saw Diesel cheaper than unleaded. What's the deal with that? Hadn't seen that in a long time.

Still above $2.00 in central Oregon. Oregon state + fed gas tax = $.49/gal, slightly above the national average.
West Texas crude has dropped $15/bbl from $48 in Nov to $33 yesterday. Gas prices should be dropping even more in the weeks ahead.

1.57 here, diesel 1.95. Have a 100 gallon storage tank. They won't come fill it for less than 200 gallons now.
