Pool Tile Repair Needed North of Seattle

I've never done any pool tile work and would like to find someone who has to do this project. The pool is on Camano Island.

The old tile is 3 rows of 3x3s and the water level is in the middle of these rows. There is also a hot tub with the same tile and repairs needed.

The home is a waterfront vacation rental that is mostly vacant for spring, fall and winter. Staying in the home during the repair work is definitely an option if that it is appealing.

Don’t know how big this particular pool is. I swapped out the waterline tiles on a 30’x45’ pool and it’s a deceptively large amount of work to do an A1 job.
