Best grout 12-29-18

Hey everyone,

Just wanted an opinion from everyone on the best non epoxy grout. Seems like a lot of brands have their pros and cons, but I simply need the best available as far as color consistency, etc.

Thanks everyone!

Where do you plan to use it? Shower, back splash, floor?

I like the Flexcolor CQ , Fusion Pro and Prism grout.....

All applications. Showers, floors, backsplash, etc. I live in MN and I am from Atlanta. I'm still getting used to some products and brands that are more common for this region.

A lot of the companies we work with have used TEC Power grout, which seemed decent, but I heard their formula changed recently and installers were having some issues with color consistency. Also, the bright white is not that bright and not too white.

I've used Ardex, Laticrete, prism, TEC, and many others. I was just looking for suggestions on a brand that I can give my designers. I can always change and match colors to different brands.

Guess I'm looking for reviews from us Pros over the entire nation and not from a representative from a specific company, brand, or region as I believe their point of view could be somewhat biased.

Happy holidays everyone!

I'm just a DIYer so can't offer any sage-like wisdom like most of the others on this forum.

I just bought some TEC Power Grout for my tub surround and am a little scared after watching some youtube videos and reading some reviews. Lot's of people reporting that it never hardens.

Anyone else have issues with TEC Power Grout?

Jordan, there's a thread or two here on that problem with TEC. Try the advanced search feature for thread titles.
