Keep it coming

This week we replaced an old shower valve with a new shower valve performing surgery on the tile work, plumbing and drywall. Would have taken pictures but the before looks just like the after, with new handles.
Use your imagination. It looks great !

Wow Joe, what a transformation that was.
Brian, looks great as usual! I loathe bevel edge subway style anything. I just hate to grout it.

I was going through old phone photos and found pics of this job.
3x6 travertine marble tiles. HO didn`t want the holes filled with grout--I want it to look like the old brick buildings we see in Tuscany when we are there. Let the headaches begin.
Seal tile, masking tape each tile, trim tape with razor blade, install tile--oh yeah wants random pattern of dark and light, cant`t see colour through tape so label each tile as you install.
Grout, let set, two washes, peel tape, touch ups, then return to seal entire thing.
any guess on what I got paid?
still very happy with the way it turned out

Nice Brian. The moment I looked at it the mantle drove me crazy being up in the air on the original installation. It looks great now.

Nice plank work, Joe.

I hope you got paid for doing the extra work Dale. That's definitely above and beyond.

Sweet work Joe, Dale, and Brian Dale, hopefully you got paid for the time to tape each tile shows you got patience. Customer did not want the holes filled so you listened
Went back over to do a repair on this job, in the bathroom when he put the vanity top in he messed up the drywall on left side so I just put some tile on the side to make it look like it was meant to be. This is 18" tile I put in about a year ago owner purchased it from Lowes. I personally didn't like it and the slab could have been better but I made the most of it as the story so often goes. He did the stone and yes he is a big hunter

Just finished 270sqft of 16 x 16" Versace tiles. I was recommended to client by Louis aka Lou432. Clients were happy with outcome, more work ahead. Thank you Louis.

Brian, I hadn't been there for a while and I left with just a tile floor no paint, deer heads, flat screen.....anything. So it wasn't as noticeable to me it didn't really jump out. Now that you said that maybe painting the baseboard would be a better option.
Michal, nice job on your floor
