Well Bonnie, you were close, real close. You would've gotten away with it too if it wasn't for that meddling "contractor" of yours!

Here's a few pics of the finished product:

Like you guys tried to reassure me, it wasn't the most awful thing to work with. It certainly took some extra planning/dry laying to make the edges of the sheets blend though. The little ones came in real handy for that! In fact, there was even a small baggie of little ones that came in the box. I guess they already thought of that!

Looks sharp Brad. When done right those tiles look nice. I am not a fan though.

Nice brad,

Here is a 160 ft laundry we did today in Scottsdale Arizona. This was for a repeat client. They had stained concrete that required grinding to accept tile. 2x2 hex from Lowes was NOT a pleasure to work with.

One thing to note is there is a crack that was not visible until we opened and exposed the concrete. One more reason to not set tile over stained concrete.

Dang, Jesse, just over 2 minutes from start to finish. HGTV would be jealous.

That grinder setup is impressive. If you don't mind me asking, what did that cost?

Interesting choice of tile for a laundry room in a contemporary house, but hey, if they were happy and they paid you, all good.

Jesse, do you do your own video editing? If so, what do you use?

Brad, the tile of the laudry goes well with the theme of the rest of the house, yes he was happy.

Jim, I edit everything. I know they're not professional but they work. I shoot everything on a older sony hd camera and bought an SD card reader for my ipad. That makes it very simple to transfer video and finally I edit them in IMovie. iMovie is simple to use.

Thanks Jesse. I was just curious. I bought an action cam recently and have been messing around with it.
