This winter is looking pretty dismal for KC. We did 2 rounds of salt back in October, nothing since, hell we paved a parking lot last week and had get the asphalt open up just for us. We are not even going to have a white Christmas. 2020 has been a shit year all around for so many, in so many ways, looking forward to 2021and hopefully a little snow in Jan/feb

Shawn.....just south of me got dumped on last night from the Noreaster that came through. SIL is just north of Binghamton NY and got 36" overnight and it's still coming down! Fire up the plows and salters and head on over! Actually, bring loaders, plows won't touch 36".

This morning about 20 miles north of Albany, Craig.
Says they measured between 29 and 36 inches in various places on the property.

Yep. That's the stuff! Crazy snowfall amounts in a very short time.
That looks like Frankengueze Industries Corporate HQ!

Fella who owns that Head Quarters building told me by email the day before that he didn't think his area was fixin' to get much snow at all from that little storm. I'd sent him an email axing whether he was sorry he no longer owned any snow machines.

We get snow, some years better than other not the kind that get up there where Craig is obviously. I started in the 2010-2012 season with a plow only truck. I bought a spreader the next year and saw the light, No one told me the money as in the salt.
I saw some pictures online in regards to that storm, it is pretty crazy.
After some back and forth with my local cat dealership over them not doing what they were supposed when it came time for me to extend my warranty, I got them to upgrade me to a 2021 high flow machine with a 4-1 bucket and a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty for the price a standard flow with a regular bucket and no warranty. So I didn't lose any of the money I paid in on the last new

Yeah, but they can compete with most any place for down right cold and miserable, Craig. Last time I was there (I think 1983) it did not snow the morning I left, but it was 17 degrees below zero and the wind was blowing 30 mph from the north.
And that was prolly one of their Chamber of Commerce weather days.
