I got some real Superstars working under me. Guys leaving trash on their lots then milking extra hours cleaning up on someone else's lot, then talking smack about how bad it was. Did you see what you left on your lot? You have no room to talk. Then my skid driver NAILS the card reader at one of my federal buildings. Thank God he didn't Rip the wires out of the post. I had to bend it back and ratchet straps it up so they could still use the gate.

First snow of the year pretty lame, but nobody is ready anyway and half the contracts are unsigned. Went out for a quick salt last night and another one tonight if I were a betting man.

Yes I have special trees on my property, it is hard work to get a tree to grow like that LOL. Seriously though I figured no matter how I take this picture, it is going to be upside down when I up load it. I just slapped the camera up against the window and fired away
