This guy is new to my zone but not new to the company and I am finding out that other area manager don't have the same talks with theirs subs that I do. Things like, why in the **** would you leave that like that. That is the most common one. My company has made the mistake of telling area managers that properties are bid to push snow to the most convenient place possible and then in turn they tell the subs this, and then the subs forget about the commandments and put snow where ever it is easiest. I DO NOT tell subs this because then I end up with shit like this or 10 piles on a 1/2 acre lot. The thinking behind this most convenient nonsense is that if they want snow in one place then we will come back and relocate it for a additional charge. It is cut throat down here and the lowest bidder get the job. My guys instead of pushing everything to the curb and moving on they then push everything down to one parking spot. This is the guy that took out the light pole BTW

Another 2 inches of snow here in KC. Taking advantage of having a truck and parking closer to the door

Don’t be too mad with it. It’s that same sun that sets up the snowfall in the first place.

Well Shawn he's facing charges here in Wisconsin too. It has been -10 in the mornings and like 5 during the day. Warm up coming this weekend along with another foot of snow.

We got the warm up coming but no snow. 1 more pushable event would be nice but it is likely I will have to settle for a few more salts

Chuck some aloe vera might help, where you live, you probably buy it by the drum

True, the main reason I found this place from the flyer at the bus stop was because the tilers in FL are so horrible.

Gearing up for a Sunday and Monday of plowing in the snow. We have been out a couple of times this year for ice, drizzle and gropple ( yep that is what the weather man called it)
