Construction is up, quality is down!

Every time we have a construction boom, I see more and more of this type thing. The poor homeowner was very uneducated about quality and asked if this was considered "acceptable".

The installer blamed it on low quality wood due to covid.

Neighbor couldn't wait for a buddy and I to pour his patio and sidewalk so he got a referral from a friend, though after this they may not be friends anymore.

To start the concrete truck backed all the way down the driveway. He broke a tree limb, ripped the at&t cable off the house and then they had to prop up the power line with a 2x4, even though they had a track Georgia buggy and could have brought it from the street. I was in a hurry so I only got the one picture, I will get some more tomorrow

couldn't get any more picture today cause the police were over there LOL. I sure did go over to see what was up though. The neighbor told the concrete guy that he wasn't happy with the work and was not going to pay the balance due until he fixed his work and the guy said well we are going to have problems then 3 of them and one of my 65 year old neighbor, so he went inside and called 911
