Painting surface of Wonderboard?

I will be leaving about a foot of untiled area between the last tile and the ceiling around the tub area. I plan to paint this area. The problem I have is I will be using wonderboard all the way up the wall. How do I finish this area of wonderboard so I can get a smooth finish to paint over? Should I consider putting greenboard at the top?

Thanks,

Paul

drywall putty it, tape the corner, drywall putty it again, then sand it, then paint it

Hi Paul, welcome. You can skim it with drywall mud then paint it.
