The whole "shaving" event was pretty funny. The person who donated the most money to my cause was the person who did the shaving. That person was a coworker of mine who lives in Alabama. I flew him out here for a few days and finally got around to shaving mt head.

In addition to this, I am the volunteer captain in charge of site set-up and tear down at the Orange County Race for the Cure. Basically that means I am in charge of about 300 volunteers for the exposition area. In fact, my family has quite a history with the Komen foundation.

You can go to the this link http://komenoc.wordpress.com/ to read some more about my challange and the article titled "Taking it a Step further" is a bit about my family.

Lastly you can click on the link in my signature to see what I had written to start my quest. All in all, a pretty fun time.

Wow! You gotta herd more cats than Cute Thing, even.

Speakin' of which, now I'm wonderin' if she's gonna git her head shove (ain't that the usta be tense of to shave?) if she reaches some goal in that same event. 'Course her hair ain't usually much longer than was yours, Mark, so I'm not sure we'd notice right quick.

Mexico's Cave of Crystals, deep below the Chihuahuan Desert. Formed over millennia, these crystals are among the largest yet discovered on Earth.

Shaughnn,

The photo is of an "antechamber" in the Cave of Crystals, Mexico

Googling for Cave of Crystals produces some additional articles and astounding photos

[Edit:] Brian beat me to it! One other trick you might use, TinEye, an image searching utility. Use the website, or there are extensions for both Firefox and Google Chrome. Works on a lot of images, and getting better all the time.

We were the only two on this 1/2 mile long lake.
