granite flooring

hello there
i have been to a place in houston where i got indian granite for 5 dollar per sq foot, its big piece of 5x7,i got 3 of them..and i bought some ready to go counters at 130 per 9x26inch piece,
my qustion to u guys
the installer charging me, 18 dollars per sqr ft for cook top cutting and fixing undermount sink,2.5 dollar for granite floor and 1.75 for bamboo floor in living with granite tile on the border
is these prices are good, i have never done this before
please advice

Are they good prices to you? That is really all that matters as far as price is concerned. I would be more concerned that his work is great.

Those prices are a bit low even for Houston prices. Is the contractor providing the thinset? Grout? sealant? any warranty?

i am totally new customer

i just had a quote from this guy, i have seen his work at my friends place,
he know how to polish granite,
the price he quoted including materials, i have to provide him with granite thats it,
thanks forum for the update, i will upload before and after pics.
