Help Me Identify This Old Tile!

I am looking to match this tile that we found outside our new home that we purchased and want to put inside of our house. It is an older house (circa de 1970's) and so this could be tile from around that era. It is not in any of the flooring inside of the house so I am assuming that they replaced the tile awhile back with something that is currently in place.

Hoping that someone on this forum can identify the tile or at least offer suggestion for something very similar.

Cannot find any "name" on it other than the few markings on the back, which state "Made In Italy" and some numbers. Any help would be appreciated!
