Extension jambs can sometimes be ripped out of the existing door trim, stain will match. Can be set back with a small reveal if you can't make the new extension invisible. Watch for the door latch, setting the extension back can help eliminate interference.

just remembered this.....

Tiling the glass block was an afterthought on this one. It was wrapped with drywall and looked ugly and out of place after the shower was done.

wow, that's sure different. nice work.

I would have only tiled the inside of the window area and kept the flat wall paint.

Thanks Brian,

I was finishing up the shower and the owner asked if we could tile the glass block. Had just enough 1x2 & 2x2, had to order some more bullnose. Because it was so close to the shower, it just didn't look right with drywall wrap.

They didn't want to, but I forced them against their will to line up. Well, my saw and me.

I love it when you throw in tile where it is not always expected.

Spacers, spacers, spacers. This picture is dedicated to Paulie Walnuts. Raimondi 1/8" crosses and Pink "T"'s, some 1/16" horshoes, a few blue Barwalt wedges, and even a yellow Barwalt super wedge.

Tiles peeled off paper sheet mesh, 3/16" joint too big when the deco tiles are even smaller than the field.

grouting-

Here's my favorite- sponge by live outlet, no, I didn't get zapped.

Gueuze,

I watched the video and looked at the stills and all I gotta say is "Wow!". Those cuts around the cabinet bases are unbelievable. Grinder, diamond band or ring saw...or something else? You alluded to the time on the video...eight square feet and it took all day. I wish you had finished that thought telling why a per square foot price is impossible. Nice work!
