tips on ceramic cut edges

anyone have tips on smoothing the edges were cut tile meet (outside mitre)

Depending on type of material, I use a hand stone.

Hi Custom,

A 400 grit dry diamond pad on a vari. speed makita works well. Same pads polish granite.

I've actually had some pretty good success with 80 - 200 grit flap wheels on my 4 1/2" grinder. I vary the grit depending on the specific tile, but no matter what, it puts a very smooth edge on hard ceramic tile. They last surprisingly long too.
