Craigs list stupidity

These threads keep popping up so I figured I would start one thread dedicated to this idiocy. I called the thread below and I have a record that beats the recent Tampa listing of .57 per foot.
The lady informed me her tileguy from Trinidad didn't show up this morning so she needs someone new.(little impatient I think)
The job is a 1500 ft. restaurant in a nice suburb. Pattern. Some kind of big circle in the middle but wide open.
That's .33 per ft including the pattern circle.
Can you beat that anyone?

Brian,
That second one is different. It's a KFC. I was going to go check on it tommorrow.
I haven't seen anything good on craigslist yet but there's always hope.

This one isn't one of the lowball hack posts, but it did kind of stand out among the crowd.

PICTURE #2 Carton of 1000 purple condoms. This was purchased for an event and the event got cancelled. This carton was over $200 - selling for $20.
I have to wonder what the event was?

Searched a little more and found this from the same guy it wasn't a fluke the first time. He typed the same mistakes plus another more. Not a good first impression on potential customers.

Yeah, he took the job and doesn't want any competition.

It read, Install at $1 a tile, 3000 sq. ft., all materials are bought.

He would never pass up a quick 3 grand.

Damn that was an easy job! I got a dozen illegals from the Home Despot parking lot, set it all on CustomBlend thinset, and grouted the same day. Sure the tiles moved around a little bit, but it wasnt so bad.. We just 5-spotted the tiles, so it saved me a lot of money on thinset. I shouted INS at the end of the day and it scared off a few guys, so I didnt have to pay as much for the labor.

The customer gave me a third party check for $5K, and I had to give them Two Thousand Dollars cash back.. I sure hope this check of theirs clears at my bank on Monday.
