David Guilmore Donates to Charity....

My favorite guitarist has donated dozens of his guitars to auction and the money to charity. Among them is the iconic "Black Strat" as well as the 0001 Fender. The auction generated almost 22 Million dollars! Awesome.....

Laz......

You know anything about Danny Gatton?

He was named the "second best unknown guitarist in the nation" by some definitive Guitar players "who's who" publication... Google up some of his concerts and gigs... you may enjoy them.

Gatton was from La Platta MD near me in Southern MD and had a band called the "Cruisin Deuces".... and he collected guitars and old cars.... and could he make them geetars' sing.

After he died I bought a 46 Ford Super Delux with suicide doors from his brother which I suspect was Danny's at one time. Anyway.... I called the car a 'Gatton good Ford'.... it had a 350 chevy engine and went like a raped ape.

The family recently settled Gatton's estate (something required a wait of over seven years after death) and many old guitars and cars went to market.

Google him up and listen to his music.
