i have a rubi 250-n which i got used $400 yr old
it only gives a rip of 900mm
and at first it was ok but its now cutting off by over 1/8 to 1/4 with
what ever blade i put in it so it sitting.
i hate the on/off position switch and had one fail costing over $100 to replace.
its not very good either with an over size gap between bed's so doing small cuts is a bit of a joke.
tile guide fence was a complete waste of space and i don't use it.
design of the fold in legs and lifting handle is a joke
and the rolling wheels

unless its on a concrete or flat floor
i also have a 3' pearl bridge which is around the same sort of money
but there are better 3-4' rails saws out there now.
look at those but your going into 2K for most of them
