Can anyone identify the maker & model of this tile?

Tonight, I found my favorite tile to date at Floor & Decor (Fort Lauderdale). The problem is, they only stock it in 12" and 6". I want to check to see whether anyone sells other sizes (bullnose, etc) online.

It's made in Italy. It's 15cm x 15cm (6" x 6")

There's a "CE" logo in a box with the following:

Porcelain Tile
V. Cassia, nr. 113 - 53022 Buonconvento (SI) - ITALY
EN14411

On the side, there's a big sticker with the following printed on it:

K0 FE05 PRIMA 67 9**4
PZ.25 MQ.0.56

printed below it is:

EN 14411-G BI(a) GL MADE IN ITALY

the "(a)" is actually a subscript a without parentheses.

There's also a small sticker with 12108368 printed on it. I'm guessing that's the lot number.

On one of the box tabs is what appears to be a "recycling" logo with:
Comieco
Codice socio n. 154/98

On one of the bottom tabs is a slightly different variant of a "recycling" logo with "RESY" printed in the middle (the "S" is italic and has horizontal bars above and below), with "I-3571" printed below the 3 arrows.

I'm guessing that the tile's model number is "EN14411" since it's printed in two places, that "PZ.25" is an abbreviation for "25 pieces", "FEB05" is either "February 5" of some year or sometime in "February 2005".

I initially thought the name of the company was "V. Cassia" in an Italian city named "Buonconvento" in a state/province whose abbreviation is "SI" (Siena?), but according to Google Maps, it looks like it's the address of something that might (or might not) be the company that made it -- http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...8&z=16&iwloc=A

Any ideas?

You got pictures of the tile and or box? That would probably really help.

actually a picture wont help at all.
If Floor & Decor is selling only the 12" & 6" it is most likely there isn't a larger one made. it's probably an older discontinued tile they are trying to get rid of.
best thing to do is to ask the MGR. if the line comes in another size.

V. Cassia is a road North of Rome.
yes , Buonconvento is a town.

your best bet is to contact the Italian Tile Trade Commission
and see if they can decipher it.
