money maker

I was buzzing through E bay this morning and found these. If there ever has been a thought of the removal of flooring in your mind these rides are the boss. They are around 40g new. And these are just about new. They are commercial equipment. Big removals can gather most of this cost in one run.
Just thought I would throw it out there.
Can't say I would want one, I am happy with what I got so far.

Demo is a very profitable biz. I am about 30% demo. I only want to be 1/2.
But being I into mostly residential, I turn down more work than I do.
They either call me because there on a job they can't remove and I'm suppose to run out there and take care of things now
Or it's work I don't trust my machine in like Island kitchens and bathrooms.
My wife is retiring and going to spend time in the advertising end of the work.
I want to grow, but I don't need to grow, but I want to grow, you know
The machine is paid for. If I wanted to travel I could up my work load.
This is just a side kick for me, I don't think I ever want to leave the install end, even though the removal pays better.
And don't kid yourself, the removal work is hard work, planning is key.

So let me get this strait, 30% of your business is tear out and you make more doing that than setting? It may sound strange to some, but demolition is my favorite thing to do, if I could do it and make close to what I do doing other stuff I'd do it full time. Hmmm, breaking things for a living!

Demo is very profitable ! All you need is labor ready and one smart guy to run the equipment.

Stay away from the propane units...Emissions!

It's like this.

I have a dog, an older dog, mans best friend, a true companion.

I just bought a new pup, this is very cool pup.

Does this mean I just expire my old dog?

Naaa, it's like that, the best of both worlds.
