Prayer List

Hey gang isn't it about time that we started a prayer list here. Seems there are a number of people we are all holding in our hearts of late and if we had a list going it would be easier to keep track of everyone to get these folks in our prayers.
I have recently had a couple vivid and strong examples of the power of group prayers and just have a feeling, if we can combine our strength of numbers hear we can do some great work.

Moderators: Is there any way that we can have a post where everyone can edit it so that we can add and remove names as needed?
What do others think about this idea?

Jerry

I like the idea Jerry, but I don't know of a way to make a post open to all for editing.

I'd like to put my sis on the list, she had a stroke last week. Kristy's the sweetest girl in the world, only 44, and was the one that took care of my Mom when she had all her health troubles. I think she's going to fight her way back, but now she's in the same PT ward my Mom was in last year at this time.

Jerry's idea is a big thumb's up! The strength and support from this group of people should be harnessed in one place and made more powerful.

If there isn't a way to update as suggested, maybe someone or a couple folks could take responsibility for tracking and updating...sort of like the never ending story thread when the story would be compiled into one post once in awhile. Other ideas???

And Dave, you know Kristy is going to be attended to around here now. Our best to you and your family.

I think this is a lovely idea. Instead of editing, just keep the thread going as we usually do. That may be the easiest.

My daddy, Whit, had hip replacement Monday.

The person making the initial request could ask a mod to remove the name after the crisis has passed. Great idea Jerry.

Kristy, you have our prayers.

Well gang. Off to a great start.
It is my belief that every time someone looks at this thread and reads the names a prayer is said. Already over 140 looks.
Good works everybody.
