tell em scotty that would bug me, he had to have the toilet out unless thats the old floor, that tile does look dated on the floor maybe its old

Hammy, methinks you did great. Not a flaw to be seen with the tile install and it's done right w. Ditra - hats off!

Besides, the HO was A-paying so you were A-doin, ya?

The toilet was out last weekend and they were suppose to paint last weekend. HO didnt get to it so toilet went in. It is the only bathroom and they had to move out. I was out of time so toilet had to go in.

Rick, tile was new as was the ttoal sub floor. It was wet particle board. HO had week to do the painting and didnt so i had to finish.

Thanks Todd. It was a simple update to a small old 1 BR home built 1940 and added on to several times.

This was all new subfloors, tub, doors, commode cultured marble vanity top on order. HO took old vanity and reworked it,
