cut tile advice needed for a tricky layout

Attachment 209740I tiled myself into a corner and would appreciate some expertise on how best to handle it. These tiles are inexpensive, so I don't mind ripping out some rows if I can do it better.

Attached photo shows an outside corner and about 5" wall space until there is a cabinet. The corner tiles are mitred on one end and cut on the other end (cut short or cut long, depending on the row). On the rows with two tiles, the second tiles also have one finished end and one cut end.

Problems that I see:
1. the gap against the cabinet varies too much, IMO
2. there are cut ends meeting up with finished ends, which is not ideal but I can't really avoid it

Anyone want to describe how you would handle this situation? Moving the cabinet is not an option.

grout it and keep going. looks fine to me. I do not see much issue with the spacing to the cabinet

I agree looks ok. I would imagine you will plan to put some flexible caulk along the cabinet joint and it looks like an easy nice Gap to fill.

We can only see three rows but it looks good to me. It looks like you are going for factory ends on the outside miter so there's no way to avoid a cut butting up to a finished end in the field. But it looks good the way that you've done it.
