Milwaukee Diamond bit

Anyone ever try one of these? http://www.milwaukeetool.com/accesso...ing/49-56-5625 It says it will drill "dry" in ALL tile.
Just wanted a review from someone first that has used it

Just keep it cool with water from a sprayer or a sponge and drill slowly....It oughta work.

Looks a little course for our kindah work. Normally we use a thinner continuous rim.
