Not a pro here, but, when I installed glass mosaics I found the stiffness of your float plays a big part in whether you get scratching on the tile. On a test board I tried a rather stiff float with CQ and got very noticable scratching.

When I switched to a softer more forgiving float on a different section CQ did not scratch the glass. I don't know the hardness difference between glass and marble to say if it will work for you but a test would confirm.

A PH neutral cleaner would be a good starting point. Something like Stonetech tile and stone cleaner. If that doesn't do the trick you could move onto something a little tougher like a Stonetech klenzall.
