grout quality

I'm having porcelain tile installed on my kitchen floor and am wondering whether or not there are different qualities of grout. If so, which one is the best?

Sanded grout for joints over 1/8"

Unsanded grout for joints less than 1/8"

Your choice for joints exactly 1/8"

As for quality, I use the Custom brand for sanded / unsanded. For epoxy based grouts, the Spectralock grout is more stain resistant but harder to work with. It will cost more in labor to use though
