Well my post started out as a big lie, no 78 and no sailboat. I figured someone would challenge me.

I love sailing....on other peeples boats, friend of mine has a 38 footer, man is that great.

A boat is a hole in the water you throw money into.

Those boats do take the dough don't they???

I have a few things to tend to on my fishing rig and I am dreading the bill. YOUCH! Until I yank out my wallet...it'll have to be happy in dry dock!

Wow JB, some weather you guys are having this week. Are you hunkered down, got your scuba gear handy!

Seriously hope all is well. Take care & stay dry, if that's possible.

Yeah, been really bad here, too. hell, it ain't even December yet and it's already been down into the forties a couple nights and today it ain't even s'posed to get much above the mid seventies for the high. It's tough all over, eh?

You didn't get yourownself torro-nadoed didja, JB? I heard they had some of them there on the west side of Houston. Didn't say how far from Mt. Houston it was, though.

One solid day of rain, couple tornadoes, couple hundred cars floating around in the bayous. About usual.

Nah, it was a bear. Beautiful today, though.

Crazy weather all over the country these days. My oldest is in Southern LA at the moment. That was some ride he took with all the storms they've had down/out there.

We've had a tremendnous amount of wind out in these parts. Some of the most active wind storms I've seen out here.

JB...glad you weren't swept away!

CX~sorry to hear you've had it so tough...what with those nasty daytime temps. 70's. Some of the toughest temps to endure they are.

Jeremy...that was the first thing I thought of too! Ralph Nadar in a bull ring.
