Don't get too used to it. We're headed for the nineties early next week.

I want some of the rain that everybody else is getting.

We got snow yesterday morning. Not much stuck, but it came down like hell for a while. I almost had to slow down on my way to work.

Low of 25, high of 43 today. I'll have to put on my light sweatshirt.

Well, Kevin, I'm sure you recall the words of the famous Indian chief from that area, DFBB (Drinks Firewater By Bucket) Jones, who used Mt. Rainier to forecast the weather? Said, "If cannot see Mt. Rainier, is raining. If can see Mt. Rainier, will rain soon."

Seems his method is still valid today, eh?

That's about right.

Early last Sunday morning I left for TSP in San Antonio. It was raining, there was a windstorm, and the power was out through much of the town. I was glad to get out. When I came back it was still raining and has been raining ever since. There's a price to pay for green.

Yo, Davy!

I just called a supplier in Ft. Worth with whom I do bidness and his outgoing phone recording said they were "closed due to inclement weather."

So. Just how inclement is it up there?

It doesn't take much weather for us to hang it up for the day. I use to fight it out with all the knuckle heads but not any more. Dallas drivers are bad enough on dry streets. An inch or two of snow is all.
