We had almost an inch of rain yesterday. Yes, I said rain! Now we just need another 20+ inches to cover our deficit for the year. It's windy today with a predicted high of 49.

It was me, and thank you for the blast of warm air! It is 18 degrees now the warmest it has been in a week and a half. I think I'll dig out the shorts.

It's a miserable day outside. Snow changed to rain. If it doesn't melt I'll be out shoveling before it freezes as it did the other day. It was so slippery, the poor dog needed help getting down the steps. I don't want him to break a leg.
It ought to be a real interesting game between the Jets and the Pats today with all this nasty weather. Go Jets.

I bought it used, so for all I know it could be Art's old one.
If it is you're good to go, Dan.

funny story about that one - We lived in Detroit 'burbs and I'd put off buying one for like 8 yrs or so. Had a long drive but always found someone to do it cheap on the occasion we needed it. Guys would stop by after finishing their contract jobs. Then it snowed like 8" and not a plow to be found so I look around and find this "used" Ariens from a guy who just moved into a condo. This thing is like brand new and less than half price! Well, as luck would have it that was the last winter we spent in Michigan. (I'm thinkin' I shoulda bought that blower earlier, eh? )

Snow is a dirty four letter word! Had a fair bit of that today, then it turned to rain, temperature is now dropping it will all be solid blocks of ice. Snow you can have it.

Give me snow any day if I have a choice between snow or ice. Of course we usually get at least some ice at the end of most snow we have here. Also get lots of just plain ice with now snow.

I agree. Snow is easier to clean off the cars than ice. Only two places for ice. Either in a nice beverage, or an ice skating rink.

I think Steve sent one of those Michigan winters here. It was a nippy 33 this morning. Haven't seen snow here since 1989 though. My poor dog was shivering even all covered up this morning.

I'm over by Savannah this week. Got up this morning and headed south to work for the week. It was in the 20s. A little chilly for this for this Southern Belle.

Evil stuff? What would that be?

Hey Steve, I just noticed you never finished what you're saying in your signature.
