La Conner, overcast and 51.

Daffodils in full bloom. Tulips about 4 weeks out, then the iris.

Geeze flatfloor, almost got away with it - passing my crop of dandelions off as daffodils - till you came along. Don't you have something better to do, like taking a nap?

Those flowers are so beautiful.

Ya know...I've never been up to see them. The tulips must be amazing. And Iris! I didn't know they grew them up there.

La Conner is a cool town.

I did have to squint for a sec though Mike and make sure they weren't dandelions too!

A Washingtonian and you've never been to tulip land?? Oh my. Tell you what, come up here right around the 2nd week in April to see the fields. You won't be sorry. The snow geese and trumpter swans will still be here too. That's quite a sight in itself to see 5000 snow geese in a field right next to the flowers. The flying Princess boats out of Seattle will even drop you off right at the La Conner dock. Fields about 1 mile outta town, bus will take you there. Might even decide to move up here like we did.

It must be spring, the Starlings arrived last night the woods are alive with them sounds like an aviary out there. I think they stop here on their way to Todd. Literally thousands of them.

5:20 pm in Phoenix, and it's down to 93 degrees. I'm canning and bottleing as much as I can to bring home to Chicago!

Pouring rain all day here in the Pacific Northwest. Warm... but wet.

Supposed to be that way most of spring break.

Ended up with 2-A+'s, (Anatomy/Physiology and Patient Care.) An A- in Surgical Procedures. (John can feel okay now if he ever has need of an "A" Grade Physician...but that's a long way away.)

Anypoo...my lowest grade was a B+ which was in Medical Terminology. Lots of that foreign language stuff to memorize. I'm more of a hands on girl. That was a tough one.

Jim, those starlings are amazing.... and LOUD! When they're around, they're around in abundance. That's for sure.

Think I'll sog my way through some yard work tomorrow. Hope y'all are enjoying your Spring.

I just realized that it looked like I got an A MINUS in Surgical Procedures. That minus sign was merely a marker which was ill placed. (Prolly shoulda used a comma or a colon or some such for my pause mark.)

This is serious stuff. I am proud of my 'A' in Surgical Procedures!

Thanks for the vote of confidence Cx.

But maybe you could post a heart or something cool like that. Prolly make ol' Flatfloor faint dead away.

Way to Linda. I'd have a beer for you if this place had any

Don't worry about medical terminology. As a doctor the only important terminology you need to understand is:

IT F*&^%$#@ HURTS LIKE A B!@#$%^&* DOC!!!!!
