Well, weather man brought snow and ice to the Carolinas today.....Woke up to a coat of snow on everything followed by a little icing right now. Public schools are all closed...the college is closing in a few minutes, so I guess I'll go home and see what the wife is doing..????

Short day for me. I just got back. Some HVAC guy zigged when he should have zagged so while he's ok, his truck aint. He was supposed to use that truck to get the heat going at today's job. Amazing how this accident happened first thing yesterday morning, but I find out today

The only thing more ornery than carpet being forcibly installed when the room is 4 degrees, is the installer who's trying to force it in.

Too bad the Cold War ended. We used to be able to blame the Russians for all the foul weather. It's just not as much fun blaming the Canadians.

It's not as fun, but you do it anyways, John

You can blame it on this (half-) Canadian. I thought of heading to Houston and Atlanta soon, so the weather pre-empted my trip. Let's hope it doesn't know I'm going to Orlando in March.

You can't mess with Orlando. It's out of range, unless you bring rain.

I remember going down to Orlando one April for the show. It must have been about eight or nine years ago.

I know it was April. On my birthday - they had a tornado.

And the amazing thing is that Canada is the destination of choice for so many middle eastern emigres.

Oh yeah and its been raining here for 7 days straight. A record
