Thanks guys. Since it seems to be a slow news week I will post some more pictures. We finished this shower up last week on the 8th floor of the Maui Kai condo in Honokowai, Maui. The clients live in San Francisco.
1/2" Glass Shower door got installed yesterday, guest check in tomorrow.
Wall tile is Porcellanosa 12" x 36".
Hydroban shower, used Spectralock Sauterne for shower and Sterling Silver for porcelain tile on floor outside of shower.
The view from the lanai is pretty sweet.

As always, great looking job Isaac.
How tight do the plumbing escutcheons fit to the wavy tiles?

nice work Jesse & Isaac .
I was going to do a backsplash in that same tile but the customer backed out
when I told them about the switch plates and the ends how they would terminate
against a metal edge.

OK...Here's another one. The deal was that I'd "Kerdi" the floor, mud, fabric and all that. They were supposed to put up Cambria on the walls. OK, fine...I put up CBU for that...and didn't waterproof it as the Cambria IS waterproof...no harm there. Bottom line is that the Cambria came in, looking like a turd. Wrong colour! "Rip it out," she says. My "Guy" NOW wants me to tile the entire shower. OK, says I......problem is that I didn't set it up for proper waterproofing. All they do is just glop some crap on the walls and press it into place. Damn....now I have to get the walls plumb enough to work with AND set up a waterproof barrier. [i] do that and use HydroBarrier from Mapai. Are we "Good to Go" now? Crap....they want mosiac pencil liners, consisting of glass, granite and and tumbled travertine!!! Well, somehow, I made it work and the HO is escatic about it. Did a monument bench and used matching granite for the seat and curb. Why the hell do I work so cheap???

OK....Just recovering from my "Latest." A bunch of pages ago, I posted about a Kerdi shower & floor I did in Huntsville, Tx. for a very nice couple. Got a call back and they wanted me to do their guest B/R.
Wonderful people. Ed and Pat "put me up" and fed me royally while I was there. They spend two weeks in San Antonio and two weeks at the Lake House. As it is about 200 miles roundtrip from Beaumont, I would go out, spend two days and then come home to feed the cats and the parrot. At any rate, this was Dal Tile...6" for both the floor and shower. Cut the bullnose at 6" to match the tile. Floor was on the diagonal and shower was a basic "Jack on Jack" design. Ed frequents these forums and just wanted a basic "Lay." Nothin' fancy. The dog, "Sadie" barked every time I came in but was a sweetheart.....just payin' her rent!
I didn't get rich on the job, but just being able to set out on the dock with a Corona in the evenings was payment enough. Nice folks and a chance to decompress was just fine.
