Sweet work Michal! I love the simplicity in your designs Where did the glass doors come from? II have a customer asking for a similar design with no curb and glass set directly to floor.

Those towel warmers rock, nice design and installation on your curbless shower. I like the the tile on the walls as well
I like the paint color and the skylight, how long it take you to cut out the ceiling for that..lol

Very nice work Michael!! What did you use on the bench too? Looks like a solid piece of glass, did you fabricate? Where did you get it?
I too am curious, is the rain shower head really in the skylight? Lol

@ Shane
We cut the glass mudcap using our dewalt wet saw outfitted with a Raimondi T3 razor then polished the edge with a series of dry alpha pads to get it back to factory shine.

Brad, I sure the weight will add up over time. I know at Dad's the family room is SOG. The kitchen, well it is on a crawl, more like a belly slither. We discussed the weight issue and decided we would be ok. Dad did not want to go through the process of removing the cabinets, removing the existing mud bed and reinstalling everything. Kitchen is long, but the joist only span 11' and we sistered 2x10 when he did the original remodel about 25 years ago.
Chad, I know the apartment complex tore everything down and started fresh. I am sure a really hot fire would have some negative effect on the integrity of the mud mix. If not directly, at least the thermal expansion from the fire and the thermal contraction from the water used in fighting the fire.
